Beth Noray is a freelance training consultant, specialising in helping organisations develop the quality of their care for older people, especially those with dementia, in whatever way is most appropriate.

Beth is a qualified social worker who specialises in adult mental health and the mental disorders of old age. She has 15 years experience of training in social work and social care. She has worked for five local authorities and held a number of training and training management positions. Her last post was as Training and Development Officer for the Oxford Dementia Centre, Oxford Brookes University.
